Mutual Respect Agreement

Socialise is a virtual environment in which all users should feel welcome, relaxed and safe. users contribute to and maintain such an environment both by their own conduct and by monitoring and reporting the conduct of other users.

All users of Socialise must agree to abide by both the Terms & Conditions of use, and the principles of this Mutual Respect Agreement.

As a user of Socialise:

• I will treat all other Socialise users with respect.
• I will act in a responsible fashion and understand that I am responsible for any and all actions taken in my name through use of my Username.
• I will not convey nor refer to any offensive or objectionable material (including any material which might reasonably be expected to offend).
• I will not make any defamatory or offensive statements of any kind.
• I will promptly abide by the directions of any Socialise moderator.
• I will not communicate any personal information regarding either myself or any other User (including but not limited to names, telephone numbers, addresses, email addresses, photographs, or the like).
• I will take all reasonable steps to protect my own privacy.
• I will report any actual or suspected breaches of this Mutual Respect Agreement and/or the Terms & Conditions of use to a moderator.
• I understand that a failure to comply with these principles and / or the Terms & Conditions of use, (such non-compliance to be determined by Socialise in its sole and absolute discretion) may result in my right to use the service being suspended or revoked without any compensation or refund.
• I understand that these principles are subject to change without notice and that it is every user’s responsibility to regularly check and familiarise themselves with these principles.
